Planning Permission in the New Forest

Moorhouse Architecture has recently secured two planning victories for a client in the New Forest National Park relating to permitted development. A number of other consultants had previously given up the cause but determination and a process of dialogue has resulted in permission for an extension. Detailed design for the modest extension, which modestly exceeds the '30% rule' is now underway. Not only is our client able to do this but they have now regained all of their permitted development rights.
