Appeal win for replacement dwelling in the New Forest National Park

We are extremely pleased today to learn that our scheme for a highly sustainable replacement dwelling in the New Forest National Park has been granted planing permission at appeal by the planning inspectorate. The replacement dwelling will be more than double the size of the existing house - vastly more than the Local Authority's 30% policy ordinarily allows for. Rather than accepting piecemeal extensions our client is now able to create a modern truly sustainable home.

We worked closely with consultants including Ken Parke Planning Consultants to secure the permission on behalf of our clients and now look forward to bringing the project to fruition.
